We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Once your order has finished its manufacturing phase, it’s handed over to our couriers.

• Domestic (Australia): Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

• International: We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary based on location.

• Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
