1. Returns & Replacements

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the quality of our products.

• Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us at hello@chaosandkincollective.com within 14 days. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can arrange a free replacement.

• Size & Change of Mind: Each item is custom-printed just for you. For this reason, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please refer closely to the size charts below before ordering.

2. Manufacturing & Production

Every item is printed to order, ensuring it’s fresh and made specifically for you.

• Standard Production: Please allow 5–7 business days for your items to be printed and processed before they are dispatched.

• Note: Production times may vary slightly during peak periods. We prioritize quality to ensure your gear looks its best.

• Order Changes: Because we aim for a fast turnaround, orders enter production quickly. Changes to designs, sizes, or addresses must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. Once production begins, we cannot modify the order.

2. Digital Representation

We strive to represent our designs accurately; however, please note that actual print colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor calibrations and the nature of digital printing on fabric.
